- Transactional messages about your service request or your service account: confirmation that we received your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival notifications, and service updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
- How often
- Message frequency varies with your service schedule and any open request.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply. Nix Pest Management does not charge for these messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier.
- Stopping messages
- Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to begin receiving messages again.
- Getting help
- Reply HELP to any message, call (321) 576-0694, or email info@nixpest.com.
- Your consent
- Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or service. You can decline and we'll reach you by phone or email instead.
- Carriers
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
- Your information
- Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
