What we see in Cocoa Beach

Cocoa Beach is a barrier island, and more than half its homes are in condo and apartment buildings. Very little has been built since 2010.

In a condo building, pests don't stay in one unit. German cockroaches travel through shared walls, plumbing and trash rooms, and American cockroaches live in the building's drains and come up through them. Treating your unit helps; a building with its own program helps more.

Salt air is hard on door sweeps, screens and weatherstripping, and those are the gaps pests use. Humidity off the ocean keeps cockroaches and ants active most of the year. We offer termite treatment for new, as well as older, homes in the area.
