Pest service in Palm Bay.
Brevard’s largest city, mostly built since the 1980s, with open land between homes.

What we see in Palm Bay
Palm Bay is newer than people think: only about one home in twenty was built before 1980. Much of the city was laid out in lots long before the houses came, so many homes still have an empty lot or woods beside them.
Open land next door is where fire ants, rodents, raccoons and opossums come from. Mounds spread from the empty lot into the yard, and animals living in the woods look for food and shelter at the nearest house.
Most of Palm Bay went up in two waves, the 1980s and the 2000s. The termite treatment from construction wears down over the years, so a home from either decade is worth an inspection. We offer termite treatment for new, as well as older, homes in the area.
