HOA

Clubhouses, pool decks, playgrounds, mailbox kiosks and dumpster enclosures: the shared spaces your residents notice first. We walk the community with your board or manager, put together a plan for the common areas, and you always know who to call: our office in Cocoa.

Condo

In a condo building, pests travel. Cockroaches move through shared walls, plumbing and trash rooms, so treating one unit at a time only goes so far. We look at the whole building, the common areas and the units that need it, and build a program the association can plan around.

Food service

A kitchen has everything pests want: food, water, warmth, and deliveries coming in the back door. We schedule around your service, look closely at the kitchen, storage, drains and back door, and tell you plainly what we find and what to fix on your side. We keep the service records your health inspector asks to see.

Office

Break rooms, restrooms and the outside of the building are where office pests start. We treat on a schedule that suits your business, and if we spot something on your side, like a gap under a door or a leak under a sink, we'll tell you.

What a program looks like

No two properties are the same, so we don't sell a one-size package. We walk the property, see what's going on and what it needs, and write a program to fit: what gets treated, how often, and what it costs.

You look it over before anything starts. We've been a family business in Brevard County since 1972, and we'd like to be the people you call for years, not just this once.
