Pest service in Merritt Island.
Canal homes, big trees and water on both sides.

What we see in Merritt Island
Merritt Island has some of the oldest housing we work in: the typical home was built in 1973, and nearly half were built before 1980. Much of it sits on canals, between the Banana River and the Indian River.
Water on every side means American cockroaches. They live in seawalls, storm drains and sewer lines and come up at night, into garages, through drains and under doors. Humid air off the water keeps them active most of the year.
Older homes and mature trees bring subterranean termites and roof rats. A house from the 1960s or 70s has long outlived its original termite treatment, and big oaks over the roof give roof rats a way up. We offer termite treatment for new, as well as older, homes in the area.
