Viera is the newest part of Brevard we work in. In Viera West, more than half the homes have been built since 2010; Viera East is mostly from the 1990s and 2000s.

New construction means ants. Fresh sod, new mulch beds and irrigation on a timer are what ghost ants, big-headed ants and fire ants look for. Gaps where AC lines, plumbing and cable come through the wall are common ways in until they are sealed.

Termites: Florida's building code requires termite protection when a home is built, but the soil treatment under a new house wears down over the years. We offer termite treatment for new, as well as older, homes in the area.
