Why they're in your house in Brevard

Most cockroaches in Brevard live outside. American, Australian and smokybrown cockroaches live in mulch, leaf litter, palm trees, tree holes, sewers and storm drains, and come inside looking for water, food and shelter.

They get in under doors, through gaps around pipes and wires, up through drains, through attic and soffit vents, and in plants and boxes carried inside. Heavy rain, a cold snap or a dry spell pushes more of them indoors.

German cockroaches are the exception. They do not live outdoors: they ride in on grocery bags, cardboard boxes, used appliances and furniture, then settle where it is warm and close to food and water, in kitchens and bathrooms. One female can produce a few hundred young in her life, which is why a German cockroach problem grows quickly.

What we do about it

First visit
Inspection, treatment inside, baits and traps placed where pests hide, and treatment of the outside of the house.
Quarterly visits
Inside and perimeter, or perimeter only with inside as needed. Same price either way.
Between visits
Service guarantee: callbacks between visits are included.
German cockroach exception

German cockroaches are not covered by quarterly service. They get a separate remediation track over multiple visits.

First visit
Inspection, treatment inside, and baits and traps placed. We use a combination of a quick knockdown treatment and an insect growth regulator to control the population.
Follow-up visits
A heavy infestation may need treatment weekly, every other week or monthly.

The price depends on how severe the infestation is, so call for pricing. Afterwards we highly recommend quarterly service to keep them under control.
